Tennessee and ONU

Today has started out amazing so far because I am actually in Tennessee while I am typing this. I woke up early and am currently sitting in the living room while I look out the window and see the mountain range we are in. It is so beautiful here, but you might be wondering why I am in Tennessee being from Ohio.

The reason I am here is because one of my closest friends from ONU invited to come with him and some friends for the weekend. His one friends from home is back from the military and they wanted to take a trip down to Tennessee. They got a 16-person house and to my surprise wanted me to come along. This is my first time to Tennessee and I can’t believe how much natural beauty this place has.

Honestly, this just brings it all back to why I love ONU. I might not have had this opportunity to go if I wasn’t at ONU. It is so weird how things just fall into place in life. ONU has given me so much and I don’t think I could ever repay that debt. From joining PRSSA and making numerous friends in that organization. To friends that just happened to be cool and now are offering me to go on vacations with them, I am truly blessed.

I can’t believe it is already my senior year because I have had such a wonderful experience here. Well that is all I have to say about that, I hear the rest of the house starting to wake up. I believe we are going on a hike today so we will see how that goes!
