Almost to the End

With only another five weeks left in the semester I thought I would update you all about how I am doing. The honest thing to say about life right now is that I am surviving not thriving. School is hard and I am falling behind in some of my classes. It seems that as soon as I catch up something new pops up that I forgot and I am behind yet again. Organization is not one of my strong suits. It also doesn’t help that I want to do everything that people ask me to do. Usually go to class and when I get home I am asked to go help my dad on the farm, play video games with some friends, or go to the bars and socialize with other friends.

Take this last weekend for example, I wanted to get caught up with my homework for this week. Then my parents asked if I could help dry wall at their lake house and which I couldn’t say no. That lead to me not getting home Sunday till late and only got 2 of my 4 assignments done. Even though I am a little behind and not doing the best I wouldn’t want to change anything in my life. Keeping busy is the way I like it and I also love to help others before myself. I am only hoping that future employers see this love of work and hire me for it.

It’s not that I love being behind or getting bad grades on things, but I just don’t like putting grades above everything else. If I get bad grades because I did something nice for someone else, then that’s just how life goes. Other than school life is pretty good, Fallout 76 is coming out this month, meeting new people every day, and really looking forward to the up incoming holiday seasons. Well that’s all I have to say about that, remember grades on a big deal, just live life to the fullest.
